From the heart of Charlotte, two kindred concepts intertwined to grow something new. Spoons, known for its clean açaí bowls and protein shakes, met Raw Crunch and Coffee, celebrated for its hand-crafted organic coffees and teas. Both were rooted in the same soil — a belief that food and drink should nourish as deeply as they delight. From their union, a new branch took shape. We call it Eden.

Inspired by the original garden, where It Was Good, we believe nourishment should be simple, joyful, and whole. Every ingredient, every bowl, every cup is made to draw us back toward wholeness — body, mind, and spirit.

We don’t chase trends; we return to truth — to what the body needs, what the earth provides, and what the soul remembers. Our bowls, shakes, coffees, teas, and superfood creations are made with reverence for the land and care for the body — vibrant, purposeful, and crafted to rebuild. This food satisfies without sacrifice and reconnects us to what’s blessed: the Giver and You.
